Visitors using this web site do so with the understanding that they have read and accept the following terms and conditions.

 

A. Privacy

Your personal information under lock and key. We use customer information only to facilitate and complete balloon delivery service ordered by the customer. We do not contact customers with unsolicited promotional messages. We do not share customer information with sources outside of the secure channels used to process credit card transactions, nor do we authorize our agents or Partners to use this information for promotional purposes, or to sell or share this information.

 

B. Security

NIKKI’S is hosted on a dedicated server. No credit card information is transmitted outside of secure channels and our site does not store credit card information.

 

C. Changes and Modifications

NIKKI’S reserves the right to change any of the prices, terms andconditions contained herein; and/or change, suspend or discontinue any service offered on this web site, without prior notice.

 

D. Content and Copyright Law

   1. This web site, nikkismusic.com, is a privately held company.

   2. All materials published on this Web Site, including but not limited to text, graphs, price charts, color charts, photographs, images and illustrations, also known as Content, are protected by copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, and are owned or controlled by nikkismusic.com or the party credited as the provider of the Content.

 

 

II. GIFT ITEMS POLICY & PROCEEDURES

NIKKI’S does not share any customer information with anyone! Information gathered when you place an order with NIKKI’S is used solely to process your order. Your Trust is important, and will never break our commitment to serving your needs the best way we can.

To efficiently meet our commitment to our customers, please ensure that all recipient information is entered accurately, including recipient’s full name, e-mail, address, apartment, condominium and / or suite number where applicable. Incorrect shipping information may result in a delay of delivery and/or additional fees from the carrier, which will be charged to the purchaser.

If a gift is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted immediately to provide an alternate shipping address. Consequently, the purchaser will be required to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment in addition to a 15% handling fee.  Unfortunately, refunds are not available when NIKKI’S is provided with an incorrect address. Information may be used to contact you should there be any question concerning your order. (We do send e-mail notification and/or receipt when your order is shipped.)

In accordance with Federal laws, NIKKI’S will not sell alcoholic beverages to minors. Gift items containing wine will be sold only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By purchasing a product containing alcoholic beverages, the buyer represents that they are at least 18 years of age and that their gift recipient is at least 18 years of age. Adult signatures are required on all shipments containing alcohol.

Our Staff is well trained in package and shipping techniques to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect condition and that its presentation will dazzle the recipient and directly reflect on your caring and thoughtfulness as the giver.

 

C. Canceling or Changing your Order

Immediately upon placing your order, we make every effort to promptly design and ship your basket. If you should find it necessary to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours by calling 216 991-0011 Monday-Saturday  Noon-7:00pm or email to nikkismusic@sbcglobal.net with the subject line: Order Cancellation. If your gift ships, the order obviously cannot be canceled. Should the gift recipient return the gift to us, unopened, 48 hours after receipt, we will credit your account minus the shipping and handling fee.

 

D. Return Policy

Extreme care is taken in the design, preparation, packaging and shipment of your gift. Should the unthinkable happen, and your gift is received damaged, notify us immediately by phone. The damaged gift should be returned unopened within 3 days of receipt. We will promptly send a replacement.

 

E. Return Policy – Special Order

We cannot accept returns on special order for which we have personally shopped and purchased items specifically for you at your request.

 

F. Safety Concerns

You may wonder why we address safety concerns. Your gift is intended to bring the recipient great pleasure when received. Many of our gifts contain enhancement to enrich their presentation. These items are for decorative purposes only. Small children or pets should not unintentionally obtain them. Should a gift be purchased for a small child, the parent or adult who can determine the suitability of these enhancements along with the maturity of the child should monitor the receipt, opening and use of such gift.

Candle gifts should be used with care: Never leave candles burning unattended. Always use candles on a non-flammable surface such as a candleholder, tray or dish specifically designed for the safe burning of candles.
